Alireza Shabani is a scientist at Google’s Quantum Artificial Intelligence Lab in Venice. He is working on the design of quantum computers and exploring how these machines can improve our daily lives. His research area is at the intersection of quantum physics, computation, and biology. Alireza was a recipient of the Most Creative PhD-Thesis Award from USC School of Engineering and is a coauthor of the book, Quantum Effects in Biology.
